Good news people i got offered the West Brom job (what will exeter do without me ) and i accepted.
West Brom were in the Championship at the time and had finished 15th last season when they were expecting a play off spot, hence why they hired me!
After some major dead wood shifting (our wage budget was WAY over budget) i bought in 10 players (2 on loan) for £4.1 mill and sold 7 for £2.2 mill and after an indifferent start to the season, we found ourselves challenging for a play off spot, with my 2 loanee strikers scoring for fun! I've got to tell you about this though, i was playing cardiff and was 4-0 up at half time and ended up LOSING 4-5 in the end, 3 goals in the last 5 mins FFS! In the end we got the last play off spot! We faced Wolves in the semis and after winnig 2-1, we lost 2-2 on agg oh well.... (wolves won the play off spot in the end)

My 2 loanee strikers scored 51 goals between them WOW!

And for some reason i bought back my (ex) star striker for some centimental reason , never played him though, even though he scored a hattrick against Plymouth
