I also noticed yesterday, that after installing the patch a large amount of key players, that do not play are Unh. That is a plus thing.
Now back to the minus. When will I be able to offer a player a contract of less than 110 GBP, 25K SIT etc. again?

But of course: it's the perfect patch! Who needs a game? I love having a non-interactive demonstration of one fake football team beating a succession of other fake football teams.

Yes 6.02 has made things alot easier,I have been playing my save game for ages now and installing 6.02 messed it all up, How can a team that has struggled to get more than 3 goals in ten games suddenly go on a wining streak of 13 games in the league + two in the cups against league sides.

Happened straight after the patch was installed. Looks like si have given in to all the people that say the game is too hard and based around tactics(what do they expect in a football management sim? to be like lma or fifa?)Why can't they just go off and play another management game to get there short term fun fix and leave us serious people to play a serious game.

So I have uninstalled fm 2006 and took it off the windows registry and re-installed it with 6.01 as that is by far the better patch with less bugs that 6.02 and is more realistic and wasn't rushed like 6.02.

I now it is sad, but those tossers are in majority here at SI fora. This patch was clearly made for them. Could be done simpler with Arcade/Simulation checkbox in Preferences. Would spare us a lot of troubles.
However, they do pay for the game. And SI will not get rich if only 30 or so LLaMas decide to purchase the game. That's what you get in capitalism.

The only thing I've noticed so far is that every week at least 10 conference players whine about not playing to the media.

That's the 'catching up' effect I guess. Players who should have started complaining before but didn't because 6.0.1 made them more complacent than 6.0.2 does.

It has sorted in my save after 3 months.

I finished out a season last night. Didn't seem dramatically different to me. The team did click in one game, but our general play was the same standard as it has been all year, we just had a bit more luck in front of goal. We still managed to drop into the playouts though. (Survived by winning the away leg and drawing at home).

My star player suddenly got unhappy after I installed, as has been noted by others.
