The key, when typing with Caps Lock on, is not to press shift for letters that should be capitalised.

Being a LLAMA is easy.

Just choose a team in the Conf south/north, read all the rules and guidelines and especially the header. Complete 3 seasons and tell us about it(with better grammar and no caps lock please)
