I can't seem to get any response on this through the general questions forum, even though SI has been trolling lately and should have seen the question. If any of you have played in the Spanish Segunda B divisions in FM2006, can you tell me if teams no longer sign non-EU players like they do in FM2005?
I'm still playing FM2005 and have been managing in Spain during my recent saved game. Every season there are multiple signings of non-EU players that can't be registered for Segunda B competition, and they end up never being used and getting upset over not receiving first team football. I hope this has been fixed in FM2006, but I'd like to know for sure.
Seriously though I haven't played the game for more than 2 hours in the last week or so and due to recent news (see the Hut) I'm highly unlikely to fire up FM until I feel better.
Well, if it existed in 6.0.1, then that means it wasn't even caught for FM2006. I'll have a look at the list of fixes for 6.0.2 and see if it was addressed. I'm amazed that this bug wouldn't have been caught long before now.
