Don't be touchy, Ian, I wasn't taking the Michael - I was quite solemnly and seriously suggesting that quibbling about the number of coaches (when it's as little as 6) is OTT, LLM or no. The warning's expired, by the way, but the mods haven't been responding to my requests to have it removed. Merry Christmas!

Besides, as andyinkat said - 'realistic' doesn't mean 'conventional'. As long as the wage structure holds together and you have enough players, so what if you've chosen to take on a lot of coaches? That's just another choice open to a manager.
