If you do decide to build the internet, try to be aware that non-English speaking people in chat fora like, say this one, can't understand text speak. Therefore it's requested that people refrain from using it. Hey hold on. This point is already mentioned in this thread. I take it you don't believe it's valid then?

No, I believe it's totally valid. If I have to spend more than one scan read of a post to work out what's being said and it's not due to an innocent typo then frankly it's not worth my time and effort reading it.
The person that writes in txt clearly is far too busy for vowels, a complete moron or possibly both.
