I nearly always start out with a conference north side (currently Lancaster) and try and ensure that all of my players (with the exception of the GK) have passing, stamina and workrate at 10 or above.

It's gotten a lot harder with recent versions tho. It's very difficult to attract players with these attributes now.

how very nice for you. If we told you what attributes we look for in players, that would go against the whole principal of what we do. So toddle off and read the rules and guidelines.

Player attributes:

- male (I'm a sexist when it comes to playing FM)
- age between 15 and 45
- willing to play for my crap team

other LLaMas have other important requirements like

- must be Scottish (now guess who this might be)
- must be a striker (hello Kostis )

my only real requirement is that they have a heartbeat. Although I make an exception to that when playing a goalkeeper....since it's quite obvious that none my scouts find tend to have one!

thecreatorofstuff - Thanks for the tip by the way. Just read them (again) and I don't think I breached any of them (heaven forbid if such a terrible crime had been committed).

It was just meant to be a discussion about the standards you set for your own lower league team and the comparative difficulty in achieving this with previous versions of the game.
