A question about the Swedish leagues?
I've decided to join the ranks of the LLaMas, and Frank picked out Helsingborgs Sodra in the Swedish Second Division South Gotaland.
Does anyone know how the promotion/relegation structure in the Swedish lower leagues works?

If I remember correctly, I believe you have to win your league, and then win a play-off. It's bloody hard.

No, it's in no way the same as in Norway. The 3 Scandinavian(Denmark, Norway and Sweden) leagues differ a great deal in structure.
