Once you reach a certain maturity you're supposed to care more about quality and value than flashiness and marketing myths 
Italian sports cars are just silly toys for balding execs in their midlife crisis and the good German cars are way overpriced.

They may be overpriced, but German cars will never let you down.
Mercs, BMWs, Audis, VWs...excellent cars.

My 3 litre V6 Toyota Camry is very functional, well built and fabulous to drive. When touring on the continent, just set the cruise control at 110 mph and away you go. Big leather seats like armchairs, total bliss.
