Having seen the stadium (or pitch I should say), the covered stands would probably hold a few hundred, but for anyone wanting to stand around the pitch in the snow/rain/fog etc., you could get a few thousand in easily. Posibly even as many as 6000.
This ground would not be up conference standards in any way, shape or form.
