The Cowden ground is indeed basically a oval racetrack with a stand on one side and terracing running round the rest. There is easly room for expantion as the ground is set at the lower end of a big public park. you could fit a park the size of hamden in there if you wanted but then again why when you only get 200 fans at a game!
