The difference I see is that if you start unemployed offers will come in from all leagues, and that is why I'm in the 'Let Frank choose' camp.

Your second sentence got me thinking. I wonder if any ex (or current) RL LLM actually plays the game? And how well they do, and do they think the LLaMa caper is the way to go?

The difference is quite basic - when you start unemployed, you do not kick some unfortunate b***** out of his job.

Why is it unrealistic?
I was offered the position of manager/president of my local Chess club. It has about 130 members and is the largest one in Munich. The club plays in the German Regionals.

So, if I wasn't a Chess player but a Football player, getting a management position at some lower league club is pretty realistic.

Also, I'm sad that Mr. Iceland is gone. A LLaMa with his own club.

Mr. Iceland was that much of a dedicated LLaMa that he founded his own football club in Iceland. He did well too.
