ok so iv seen people post this..players saying they are worried about managers lack of discipline.
its because when a player gets a red card and you appeal even though he deserved it.
if you ever have any1 worried the next time some1 gets a red fine him a weeks wages and it will be sorted...hope this helps

Cheers for that I'll give it a try.
Still, it seems a bit daft that you have to wait for another one of your players to get a red card again before you can sort the issue out!

The tricky bit though is knowing if he deserved it or not. It's hard to tell in the game as it doesnt give you much info. So you can't always tell if it was unjust, or maybe he did elbow the guy but he didnt mean to,(was unaware). Like the guy was it from Roma, who accidentally elbowed Ronaldo?!

i've found that generally being a firm but fair boss keeps my team disciplined. i do my warnings and fines on a sliding scale, if someone gets sent off they get a warning for first two, next time its a fine for 1 week, then every time after that its a 2 week fine every time.
