a few of my players are slightly concerned with my discipline because i play mind games in the media with opposing managers.is there anyway to resolve this with your players?

General rule of thumb:

When your player gets a red card, he always deserves it

Give him the fine and keep your team in line. Ewww, that rhymed...

Usually, the players will accept warning or deduction of wages following their red card. But they will seldom accept such warning or deduction of wages for poor performance

Aye, I foolishly appealed a red card for Fiorentina and now one of my players (the same one I attacked in the media for his form, but I assume that is unconnected other than to show he is a bit on the sensitive side) is concerned about the lack of discipline.

Generally I shout and swear at any of my players who get sent off and assume it was totally just and that the player is a reprobate who turned to football as a career path instead of a life of street crime, but who is constantly teetering on the abyss of the dark side and will one day end up with the jail sentance he probably deserves.

Of course in some cases I may be wrong and he might have made a completely fair tackle, but such is life - he will be forever tarred with the same brush as his quasi-criminal fellow red carders.
