Fm 2008 has got something against this feature. I managed Man Utd and the assistant manager left the club after one year. I try hiring another assistant manager from the manager list but all doesn't seem to have any interest. Any idea why is that so? And any idea how to hire an assistant manager?

And also, how to hire coach or scout? There's isn't a proper list whereby we can filter and customise like how we can for those players. Any idea or solution to the abovementioned problems?

The filters for staff work the same way as for players.

You can also advertise a position.

How to advertise?

On your manager screen it should have "Jobs" on the left hand side, click to get "job centre" .

Click on that and at the bottom of the page it should say "Place advert"

In the game, go to "jobs" and you'll find it there.
