" A sharing violation occured while accessing C;\program Files\Sports interactive\Football manager 2008\fm.exe" help i get this error when trying to install patch?

To confirm...
Do I just download it. Open the file and install...then just stick my FM disk in and begin a game as I would normally for this to take effect?

if you quit the game and install the patch this error will not occur  | |
