I'm looking at hireing an ass man, and i wanted to know what attribute is resonable for the ass man making accurite calls on weather a player is interested in joining me? My last was forever telling me that players whern't interested and then i go to offer them a contracet, and they join me and they were interested fromn the start.
I think it would be a great addition to the game if managers in the game when they take over at other clubs hire there usual staff. when i was at wolves i hired sammy lee as assitant when i resigned he resigned with me and I later took him to liverpool. I was also in his favorite staff.

Although I haven't tried it yet I do believe that you are now able to do that in the game. Im sure I read a blog about this. Try reading the blogs for further info.

Maybe there are other more important attributes to look for but the ones that I judge an assistant by are high values in Judging player ability\potential,motivation & man handling.
does anyone else miss the view second XI report he could do in previous fm's? i used to love that for trying to figure out which areas to strengthen in depth, now i've got to go through that many coach reports its silly.
