Is this a problem with player valuations being too high, or is it a problem with AI clubs being allowed to make unrealistic loan deals? Its absolutely baffling. I can barely make a player worth 250k move to me on loan let alone a 5 million pound player. Carlisle for example have a 6 million pound striker in one of my games. Surely this isn't right, it doesn't happen in real life and surely shouldn't be happening in FM?

I don't know if I should post this here or in the bugs section, sorry if its in the wrong place for discussion.

He might come from their parent club, they send better players than you would be able to get yourself.
Ask the assman to filter out the players that aren't within your reach, anyone on an assman filtered list should come to your team.

I have found the assman to filter out a lot of players that you can get on loan though. I have loaned a lot of players not showing on his list, listing seems very focused on permanent deals.

I tend to target players listed for transfer when I'm looking for players to loan in. If a club is struggling to shift a high earner, I tend to find that they'll accept a loan offer if you agree to pay some of the wages.

Na, its nowt to do with parent clubs unfortunately. One of the teams in my Leeds game have about 15 million pounds worth of players on loan from different clubs, its absolutely mad. :eek:
