Default Oh my god. I suck so much at this game!
Okay. So first time I have actually played a full game. I'm playing as Sheffield FC. And I lost to my Reserves 3-1... It's going to be a long first season in the Blue Square North if I lose like that.

My reserves are all greyed out players and my Seniors is a full squad. I compaired their skill level and thought the Seniors came on top. I guess I don't know what I am doing so early into my FM experience!

My one tip for managers at that level is this.

LOAN!

You can get some fantastic players for free.

I managed to get one guy on loan three seaons running. He was my top scorer and highest rating player three seasons running. I paid 0% of his wages!

spot on. Try get a parent club in premiership and loan some of there reserves.
