Why is it that the amount of time added on at the end of the match is ALWAYS well over what is indicated, the worst case for me was when 3 minutes was indicated and then over 7 was actually played. Once in a while wouldn't matter so much, in fact it would reflect reality but to do it constantly is not reflective of what happens.

It doesn't matter until you con cede deep into injury time

My team scored a few times after the extra time had officially ended. Sometimes we concede goals too.

I only notice it when it affects the match i.e. conceding a late winner in the 97th minute when 4 minutes of added time had been indicated.

The time given is 'minimum', and any stoppages during that period are added on. In theory, every period of injury time should go over the amount of minutes held up by the fourth official.

That's a given in any football match but I have never been to a game where there has been 7 mins at half time and 7 mins at full time. It's totally unrealistic and considering the in game frequency (once every 4 or 5 matches) is quite ridiculous.

Added time is definitely over-exaggerated this year.

For those frustrated by it- try to save a sub or subs for added time, it eats up time nicely.
