Wel i do to a certain extent, let me explain.
If i start the game, i normally go to a club, like Arsenal, Villa, Fulham or City. And aftter 4 or 5 seasons i want a new challenge. NOW if i manage a newly promoted or team that wasnt originally in the premier league thats fine, but if i say have been at Fulham then go to Arsenal. I hate it because theres no decent youngsters like at the begining, and i dont recognize any of the new players. However, i can go to any national team and still easily enjoy managing them, because national teams dont change alot over 5 or 6 years. E.G im in 2012 and managing Nigeria, and they still have Obi Mikel, Yakubu and even Martins. Im not saying club managing is crap, but International is something FM have nearly almost perfected.

I'd say it's got a long way to go before it is anywhere near perfect. It's improving, but it is still so far off the standard of the club management side of the game.
I don't think that's a result of perfection. IRL, the England team (and probably the Nigerian team) will look very different in 2012, whereas in the game, the managers stick with what they know, despite other options available.
I was interested in this a while back, so I created a couple of 200 CA players, and stuck them in lower league teams. Although they were snapped up quickly by Chelsea, and although they were the best players in the world by some way, they didn't get an international cap until about five years into the game.
Obviously, I can understand that you may enjoy the stability, but I wouldn't describe it as perfected.
