Ever since I patched my FM2008, my game will randomly minimise after clicking on something in game and a warning will come up with an error message. It happens quite often so I rarely read them, but some have said 'Invalid Module Call'.
Now, apart from almost giving my a heart attack thinking my game has been closed, they don't actually cause a problem as I can just restore the game by click on my taskbar. But today it happened again and this time I got the dreaded 'Windows has encountered an error with your game and needs to close' message.

Why do I get all these error messages and do other people get them too?

Have you tried completely uninstalling then reinstalling the game and re-patching?

No. Why would I want to do that? Too much hassle really.

Well I shouldn't really have to do this, should I? This shouldn't happen in the first place.

Anyway, my question was, has anyone else had this, and do you know why it happens?
My question is NOT how can I fix it

I always get these error messages... apart from for me i then try and re-load teh saved game and it says "this saved game cannot be loaded" and i have to start again. This has happened to me witha agame i had a days playing time on, a game where i had 3 days playing time and most recently agame where i had SIX DAYS playing time. ARGH. SO ANNOYING. It made me want to cry. 6 days of play. gone.

i just got my first ever error message, array access bounds or something like that, it was when i was offering a contract to a player and then it sed he was willing to accept £0 a week etc, well weird
