Okay so im Reading and got asked to apply, i did, yet im in 20th so i doubt i'll get to be in it. but i have never heard of it IRL, does it even exist

it is another name for the inter toto cup in which of who applies for it the highest non euro qualifier goes into it

It's the Inter-Toto cup, but SI don't have the licence, so it has a silly(er) name.

I'm not all that sure if 'EURO Vase' really is sillier than 'Inter-Toto'.
