I am into my 3rd season with Arsenal and when I started Lassana Diarra was an acomplished MC. I thought a couple of months retraining him on MC would make him natural. over 3 years on and he is still acomplished. Am I supposed to do something else?

It's different for different players depending on their age, the positions and attributes.

Accomplished is pretty much the best you can get when retraining - it's a 19/20.

you cant make a player natural, basically your either born for a particular position or your not!
