Ok.Im in my second season and i scouted ocenia and theres a youngster called carlo wong looks very good so i want to make a bid.
So how come there is no Make a bid button or aproach to sign will i ever be able to sign him and is there any way around this problem?

He isn't a greyed out player is he?

Otherwise I can't seem to buy any non Europe players that are under 18 so maybe just wait until he comes of age and then go for him.

Are you in the middle of a take over?

The player is real? not greyed out?

Has he already agreed to join another club?

Apart from that I don't know what it could be

With these players though you have the "make a bid " option,but then get a message telling you that you can't until the player is 18.

he is 16 from guam not greyed out and looks awsome i just dont no why i cant buy him

is he currently on loan to somebody and already has an agreed move?

I was interested in signing Marco Andreolli, a young Italian centreback.
He's co-owned by two Italian clubs (Inter & Roma ??).
Now normally you would have to have a bid agreed by both clubs, but nowhere was there an option to make an offer .

Why ????

he might have already decided to retire in which case you can't sign him.
