Have any of you ever been relgated with a team you have managed, (Excluding teams you have joined during the latter part of the season to help get them to safety).
I haven't i nearly did tho when i managed QPR in the premiership 2nd season stayed up by 3 goals.
Haha ok have a look in the Dafuge's challenge I think half the players in there have at least one relegation behind them. I have two Winning BSN then BSP two seasons in a row only to get smashed in L2 and fall straight back down. And my other was first season with Tonbridge in BSN I lost my last game 2-0 and my opposition in the relegation battle lost 1-0. I went down and he stayed up by 1 goal. No more game there.

Atacking 4-4-2, which didn't work, so a conservative 4-5-1 significantly improved results, and helped the next time round.
The real reason I got the sucess though, was the much higher standard of players I could attract when in the premiership. So the season I went up, I got some good players, ad the next summers pre-arranged before I went down again, and when I went back up, they'd all had a year to gel and develop, so was actually a pretty decent premiership suad by the time I returned.
Even if I wasn't so tactically inept, we would never had done so well the first time round.
One with AFC Telford. My fist year in CCC I went down. I took them straight back up and got promotion to Premiership in 3 seasons. I then stayed up on goal difference my first year in Prem.
