Okay i'll tell you what this is for, basically its for people to share there manager experience of just one manager. In otherwords its for people that dont have time to write stories about it. I Will start

- Started The Game at Southend United, lost in playoff final and resigned.

- Since i had resigned in July i took a break, and found a new club in march 2009, Serie B Brescia, after just 4 games i left.

- Just 3 weeks before the 2010 World cup i became the Nigerian national manager. After beating Ukraine and France, we were through to the second round. Then a late penalty against Argentina, got us to the quarter finals. But then on penalties we went out to italy, and our world cup dreams where over. I stayed at Nigeria untill the African Nations, when sadly we like the World Cup went out in the quarter finals, that time to Egypt. I then Resigned.

- It took me 2 years to find a decent job, and in February 2012 i went to strugging serie A side, Cagliari. I won my first match, but after just 4 days swapped Cagliari, for bottom Premiership side Reading.

Thats My Career So Far, i've won nothing, yet lost nothing.

started at notts, led them promotion, quit halfway thru and went to Wolves, pushed them up to 5th, lost in playoff semi final. quit wolves cuz the chairman was an idiot, went to Fulham, but Al Fayed got replaced by Steve Jenkins and i got sacked within 123 days, went for 1 month holiday, took charge of tottenham and led them to both domestic cups, and bought kaka. good enough?

Still at Bayern after 3 years with 3 titles and 5 cups. I wasn't going to leave but the board have been irritating me recently regards my contract and i'm fed up losing my best players because of the poor quality of league. Applied for Liverpool (for some unknown reason) at the end of the season but didn't get it. I'm determined to win the CL though as our European form has been terrible.

Started as manager of Everton, sold Lescott to AC Milan, was hovering around 4th position all season before a dreadful run in left me in 8th. By November in 2nd season was solidly 4th yet board were still whinging that I wasn't performing, so left them for Fiorentina.

Noticed that Ancelotti was precarious at AC Milan so declared my interest, was asked to leave by the Fiorentina board, as AC appointed Avram Grant.

Took a short holiday before unsettling the PSV board who promptly sacked Jol and replaced him with me. Took PSV from 7th to 2nd in the remainder of season. Jol had left me £10m in debt so in close season had to sell off numerous stars.

FM08 is the first version I've ever been absolutely unstoppable and I'm a little uncomfortable discussing it for fear of bragging! (I wonder if my success is in anyway connected to all the bugs I'm experiencing. I say let's have more!)

Started off in Hartlepool.

Year One:

Made a few key signings including a pivotal loan of a young striker from United. Overhauled training and asked them to upgrade facilities. Also, became a feeder for Newcastle.

We finished 6th in L1, their highest finish ever. Scored a lot, conceded a lot. Lost in playoff to Tricky Trees. Won the JPT for first time in their 100+ year existence.

Year Two:
Overhauled the team. Brought in a lot of young players that were out of contract and not catching on with bigger clubs. Board agreed to upgrade training facilities. Changed tactics to a more aggressive style.

Currently, 1st in L1 after 15 games with just one defeat. Leading in scoring, 3rd in goals allowed.
