Depending on who you are of course.

People say this game is 'too hard'. I thought if people post how they are doing and what they have/have not won we could see whether the game really is too hard, or whether it is just the odd person making a fuss.

What team are you?

What year is it?

What has happened - ie. Wins/Relegations/Sackings etc.

I tend to lose patience when I lose even one game, and get angry. I just thought it'd be interesting to see whats happening

- Mid-Way through 2008/2009
- I havent had much success, though UEFA Cup Qualification and FA Cup Semi-Final was enough to keep Owen and Martins content.

No long term games really but here goes:

1/ Rangers for 2 seasons 2007-2009
Won only 1 legue cup, contract wasn't renewed.
Moved to Portsmouth 2009/2010, got them to 6th and a Euro place. Just started 2010/11 season. Not too bad over-all.

2/ Kettering, 5 games into 2008/09
Won Blue Square North, did ok in cups in 2007/08
3 wins 2 losses so far in Blue Square Premier. I hope this is my career game.

3/ Spurs.
zero success, sacked in Feb. 2008 in 17th place
Went to Atletico in Spain, got them from 13th to 5th in 13 matches and a Euro place. Losing interest and probably won't go back to it.

4/ Spurs. Online Clan game, a chance to redeem myself.
In Feb. 2008, I'm 7th and won the League Cup. Hopefully I can get to 6th and a Euro Place through the league(the board only asked for top half, but in the confidence screen it says Europe )

Very up and down for me, no over-whelming success yet, but I haven't played as a European Superpower yet or played any 1 game for a long period of time.

Game isn't too hard imo, just the right balance.

only have one game im concentrating on with Ayr in scottish 2nd division. 1st season finished 6th which the board had hoped i would finish midtable. 2nd season im currently 2nd mid january and hopefully promotion, with the board thinking im great.

I find success very difficult to come by. On my long term games, I like to start lower-league, but with one of the richer clubs, which gives me a good start.

But yes, I don't tend to find success very often.

Got Tranmere from League one to the premiership. I'm currently in 2023 and challenging for the title and am in the knockout stages of the champions league.

Im in 2011 with Tranmere, keep getting to the play-off final and choking. I'nm always odds on to win the league and always have a bad patch around April; the month i'm in now, meaning I slip down the table.
My parent club Man United means I always get good wingers and defenders each year though. My new chairman/consortium has invested in the training and youth facilites meaning my players' stats are going up abit more and i'm 1st.

On previous versions I could never get Tranmere to do well (i am pretty crap :p) so this has been a decent one for me considering.
