i never pay any attention to my backroom staff except for the scouts that i randomnly use for report cards for players. and just recently tottenham signed one of my staff (i think a physio) and obviously theres nothing i can do to stop him from leaving because hes not like a player. anyway, anyone know any good staff members to recomend. nammes please?? :p

Offer a new contract if you wish to keep them. Spurs have too many already, usually offer is for coach or scout but just use staff search.
