Assigning face pictures to regens

Is there any way to assign face pictures to regens without having to manually assign them in an xml file? I'd like all my regens to have pictures beside them, but can't be bothered picking photos from the regens folder and creating an xml file for them.

I thought this, is there anyway of sticking in a load of photos and having them assigned randomly to new fellas?
