listen,ive got a lot of respect for the guys who slave away for hours on end to bring fm gamers graphic pack etc but if your going to ban someone for IP theft or whatever then surley by allowing graphic packs to be added to your forums then you are just as bad as the guy you banned.I bet no permission was ever given by Chelsea,man utd etc to allow their logos to be used so theres a bit of 'bowing to pressure' going on here.Are all pack makers going to be banned for copyright infringements? I am led to believe that SI couldnt use certain logos etc because they didnt have permission or something.This is more for the mods than the graphic makers.

If we are law-abiders, everyone should be equal against the lew, not just one.
And for furthermore, its Sports Interactive official website and forum, the same Sports Interactive that made the game and not included houndreds of logos as a result of copyright permissions.
I wonder what would happen if the Clubs would know whats going on in the official website of the game - exactly the same game that dont have permission to the exactly same logos.. interesting..

I can't believe people actually have the gall to defend the thread starter. Apparently the only thing that matters is convenience.

For the tools who imply that the graphic artists are doing the same thing, SI couldn't include unlicensed logos in the game because they're selling the game for profit. People who release the graphics make no money off it.

No so your wrong again you kn@b.Thirdly It makes no odds wether you make a profit or not.All club logos are copyrighted.end of. Fourthly to WCR, dont get me wrong mate,id be ****ed off if i was the one who bothered to make packs and its people like you who make the game more enjoyable.That still doesnt change the fact that in essence,the logopacks are illegal.

Stop the bickering and lets look at some facts

This is a quote from the Arsenal FC website's terms and conditions. It's a pretty standard T&C and it's fair to assume that its similar to the majority of club sites:

Such activity is permitted only for your personal use or for supply to third parties for no commercial gain and for their personal use only"

So the argument that graphics makers are doing something illegal - RUBBISH. They have done nothing wrong.

When graphics makers do their thing and submit their finished work to websites, they can declare their own redistribution terms and conditions - be that in the form of a readme file or like at sortitoutsi.net where redistibution terms are stated when you download. PachaMama blatantly ignored those terms.
