So by your thinking:

There is a banana. I say it's yellow, you say it's blue. You are wrong but becasue you say it's blue I can't be 100% correct that it's yellow.

So who are you agreeing with - jimmywils in that the majority of people would download packs or myself that the majority haven't? Are you saying that majority of people are dumb for not downloading the pack? Are you saying they are dumb for doing it?

Like I said, you aren't going to accept that you are incorrect despite evidence to support it - so it's time to close this.

AIK......Understand something quite clearly, there has been no "thievery" here at all.

No matter what is said on this thread, the work included in all this argument has been placed in the public domain. None of it is subject to copyright, or licence fees, simply some peoples pride has been dented by a lack of recognition afforded to the. That I understand, but to accuse anyone of being a thief is both unfair and unacceptable.

Everyone can say "ok, yes, i accept your agreement", but when he'll "broke" that "contract", you can do nothing against that.

If you use your pea size brain you'll understand why he's banned. How would you feel if you had made all those logos and backgrounds and somebody else post them on the internet with his name attached to it as the author. I'm 100% sure your would be ****ed of. But i can see at your registrastion date that you don't know how it works here. If someone has made a logopack, facepack, skin, kit or background you give him the props and have to ask the author his permission if you can use his graphics in your own created superpack.

Piracy is against common law ok,not giving someone credit for making a pack isnt.Do you understand that.Am i supporting piracy if i did download the pack?No. It really doesnt matter how many people downloaded the pack.It was over 700 at last count so that still a lot of people,and that was before he got banned.For all you people winging about your work being stolen etc etc blah, simple soloution.Dont make them.By the way,have a look at Romas copyright info for use of their logo radestock.get a grip of yourself.
