on the editor with certain players, their potential is a minus figure, e.g theo walcott.
what does this mean?

PA is set randomly in the game in a range of 30 points and will be different every new game
-10 is 170-200
-9 is 150-180
-8 is 130-160
-7 is 110-140
-6 is 90-120
-5 is 70-100
-4 is 50-80
-3 is 30-60
-2 is 10-40
-1 is 0-20
