Number of Teams in a League

Can you now add teams to leagues instead of swapping so as to have more teams or less teams in a certain league?

Or does this still bugger the game up or 2 months down the line bugger the game up?

I tried this on the Beta J-League in another thread - it just gives an "Array access out of bounds" error on loading the database.

You cant edit the base rules of any competition including the number of teams as this would screw up the fixtures
