Does anyone know how to make or know of any stats that can be altered which would make a newly retired player whos gone into management or just an inactive manager more likly to get a job or search for a job.
0n my game Riquelme retired but became a manager but he wil not get a job anywhere. i tried putting rep up but it just doesnt work.
then players like vieira get a management job straight away. what stats should be changed for them to get jobs
