can u get any more than 5 stars? i'm in the process of sorting out my staff, and whatever configuration of coaching i can't seem to get any higher, is that the highest possible?

Further to that....i'm trying to have one coach on each attribute, and that seems to be getting most up to 5 stars. Does that mean training can't be any better in terms of how effective it is? (obviously this depends on my schedules as well, but in terms of each coaching discipline?)

Yes, 5 stars is the maximum you can get out of a coach.
