Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Nice to see you working on some theories rashidi1

I do like the idea, but I'm too in love with my fullbacks atm to scrap them, they average ~10 assist/40 games a season. In this sort of formation wouldn't you be raped by the 4-3-3/4-5-1 hybrids? since they use very attacking wingers and you basicly have ½ a player covering the wings?

I really hope you get this to work well, my favourite formation is the 3-4-3, but I can't implement it soundly in the backline, mainly due to lack of wing cover.

I like 442 formations as well, seems to be the default formation for success in this game, and the AI seems to do really well at it as well. Never did figure out how the AI could find so much time and space to pass the ball around so efficiently while we struggle to do the same.

couldn't agree more, the AI seems to be able to close down space far better than we can
