Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

I've never known what to think about staggered formations. IRL, I know current US national team coach Bob Bradley used them in his time at MetroStars, and toward the end of Glenn Hoddle's reign at Wolves he used one as well. These were employed with varying degrees of success but you could see the logic behind them. I don't think I've the cajones to try it on FM07 though. I just feel like I'd lose every game with a team using a funky shape.

Kudos to the OP for getting serious results with one, nevermind doing it with Salisbury City.
