If somebody uses global defensive or attacking, does that mean light, medium or heavy??

Global means that all players will abide by the team mentality which you decide on, rather than having individual instructions.

But it's better to use certain mentalities for certain positions, especially to make sure they correspond with your tactics, e.g. If you're playing a global attacking mentality but you put your defenders deep, this doesn't really work unless you either change your defenders to push up or you change their individual mentality
