It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Good Tacits for Championship teams

When I first bought the game I had success with Watford. Since, then I tried to manage Preston North End and Crystal Palace and have failed badly managing both teams. I am struggled managing Norwich in the pre-season do you have any tactics that could work with Norwich?

here's my advice to you.

1- look at the players you've got. Then decide what formation you need to play with. If you have more wingers than midfielders then it's best to play 4-4-2. If you have 2 good strikers and 1 rubbish striker then maybe it will be better playing something like 4-2-3-1.

2- Once you've decided what formationto play, pick one from the standard tactics option e.g 4-4-2.

3- Then all you do is go into the team instructions only and do the following:-

mentality - 3 clicks to left. creative freedom - little. width - 4 clicks to left. Dline - 4 clicks to left.

Leave it like that for at least 10 games and see how it goes. Tell me how you get on.
