Kind of self explaintory tbh, if you have instructions for that player to be shown onto his weaker foot it means the defender will try to make that player use his weaker foot, which could mean showing the player the outside or the inside depending on which foot is his weaker. Same with left or right foot, you can be more specific so if he is weak with his left you could set it to "show into left foot" etc
