Default Team vs. Player Instructions
Should I only be focusing on giving individual instructions to "key" players within a tactic, or should every player be given individual instructions? I ask because it seems the more I tinker with guys, the worse my team performs. I might be confusing them.

Its up to you and your approach really mate.

I myself go into detail and study stats and then have everyone on individual instruction although his is harder it reaps great benefits
