I am Man Utd in my first season, just won the Community Shield on penalties against Chelsea but I'm worried about my strike force, I play one striker up-front which atm is Rooney and I play Tevez as AMR and Ronaldo as AML but I think I need a new YOUNG striker to cover for Rooney if he gets injured. I have £12.5mill to spend, any suggestions?

Hi I know exactly who you need to buy if you don't mind a gunner in you team of course lol!!
His name is Carlos Vela. He's 18 and is currently on loan in osasuna. I bought him in the FM2007 and scored 46 goals in his 1st season in the english league!! Just one problem though as he is on a season-long loan you will get him at the end of the year but he's worth the wait. You may want to look at kevin vandenbergh (belgium league) and mirko vucinic (roma). Hope that'll help.

but on my game he is now labeled a clincal striker and worth 21.5M in the second season.. and iirc he starts off cheap(ish)?

| Rodrigo Palacio. Had him on the demo. Got him from Boca and he is 10m. Works well with Tevez and Rooney. World Class.
