I think it means they have a potential ability of something like 175+. Probably higher than that.

It means they're the best prospects, yeah.

ben arfa has a fixed pa! Im doing a list of players 21 and under who have -9 and -10 potential, also all youngsters with fixed pa over 170.

I'll get it on tonight
