There's plenty of youngsters but I'm guessing you'll want someone who can slot straight into the first team. Richards is a solid, young, English player who should do the job perfectly. You might need to pay over the odds for him as you and Man City are rivals, but being Man Utd this shouldn't be a problem

If you are looking to bring someone in: Daniel Alves. He can play right side of midfield as well, so you can rotate him and Neville.
