Guilherme is quality. Jose Enrique is battling well for his first team slot, though.
Selling Traore was a bad move, you should have loaned him out.

Yeah, it's profit, but a measly £1M is nothing when you're Arsenal.
Saying that, if he's on the other team's first team, I suppose you could leave him there as long as you like, buy him back when he's actually worth a lot more, and if you don't need him you can sell him for a bigger profit later on. Not a bad bit of business really, but if you need a left-back he would have done well, despite his age he's still a competent player at the start of the game.

| Oh I'd got that point too. But the point that I was trying to make which you didnt get apparantely was why would you sell him in the first place and risk antoher team coming in for him and buying him when you could have just as easily sent him out on loan to a club who would offer him first-team football? As things stand, sure you can offer to buy him back for whatever price you've put in the clause. But what's the guarantee that another team wont come in for him at the same time and he'll choose that other team over you?? Just because you have the clause doesnt mean he HAS to come back to you. If Brough accept an offer from another club at the same time, the player is free to choose whichever club he wants to go to. I wonder how you'll feel if Man Utd or Chelsea come in for him at the same time, he chooses one of them instead of you? You can forget about buying him back for anything close to a reasonable price after that!
And also, how could you have a buy-back clause of 4M when you sold him for 5M?? I thought you can only have a clause similar to or higher than the value you sell a player for? Maybe I'm wrong on this.

Well, maybe I could have loaned him out instead. But I sold him for £5m. There is also a 35% sell-on clause, and a buy-back price of £6.7m. So, I pay £6.7m to Boro, but get 35% of that straight back from them.
