Please escuse me if this has been asked a number of times before.

What i would like is an idiot's guide to posting screenshots from fm08 to these forums.

I would really appreciate it is someone could take the time to explain the process to me.

Open Paint.

Open FM08.

Go to your squad screen and press the 'Print Screen' button.

Exit or minimise FM08.

Select Paint and press Control & V.

Save as a .jpg and upload to the site imageshack.us.

It will give you a code that you post in your message.

when i click on print screen, ia box comes up that say, "How would you like to print?" then i get three choices which are printer, web page and text file.

I've tried to ctrl c and ctrl v in paint without success.

how do i get round this problem?

No, no. Got it wrong.

Dont click on Preferences > Print Screen.

Just press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Should be the 3 button from the right, top. Then follow the steps above.
