| Talking about the weather is normally safe though it must be about weather that happened in the past. Because talking about the weather forecast might be viewed as tipping. This is a big problem for Irish Llamas, If somebody in Dublin says that it has been raining there for 3 hours then Llamas in Liverpool know to bring out their rain coats.
