Your support is underwhelming to say the least

2009/2010 Season 7, Freamunde SuperLiga
Welcome to the big time.

I'll cut straight to the chase: We romped our way to the title tying it up with 2 games to go, leading by 7 points. Wagherty!!111.

..and now for the details...

Obviously the fans/board/media expected me to prop the table up. We were 5000:1 for the title. My expection, honestly, was about the same. Although beating several top flight teams in last season's cup gave me some confidence. Cash was rolling in all over the place and we were up to $1.5M in the bank early in the season.

Preseason was a disaster: poor losses against D2B sides, star players out for 2 months, had to cancel the last friendly because the Assman set it up for 2 days before the season opener. Moron. New DR was pi55ed because he thought he was brought to the club on false pretences. I only warned him for bagging consecutive 4's

The season itself was incredible. We were 7W, 1D and 6 points clear when we lost our first game and stayed about 2-3 games clear all the way. I was even offered the Porto job but knocked it back due to my unwavering devotion to the mighty Freamunde FC.

Cup<STRIKE>s</STRIKE> sucked ar5e Lost in our first game (round 5).

Low point occured with 5 games to go against a relegation battler, we were 1-1 after about 60 mins when one of their guys gets sent off. Here's a point or 3 I thought. WRONG. They proceed to bang in 4 more to spank me 5-1.

My star youth AML is fans PoY again and bagged the assists award again and got his name on the perpetual Freamunde FC Leading Goalscorer Trophy (with 10). Oh yeah, he's also named in the SuperLiga team of the year. What a Star  He's only 20!!!

The youth policy we embarked on back in the bowels of D2BN has paid off handsomely and now half the side (8/16 incl reserves) is under 21.

Europe here we come
