Dinamo Moscow was founded as a sports community of militia and such things. KGB was an undeclared patron. Pretty powerful, though. How else could you get half a Portuguese squad?

CSKA Moscow, same as Partizan Belgrad, CSKA Sofia is a 'Central Sports Club of Army', and given that in Russian it's Klub instead of Club, here you go.

Since sports in USSR were absolutely 'amateur', each team had it's patron, where the players were supposed to work during the day. Torpedo, Krylia Sovetov, Rotor, Lokomotiv - they are all like this.
